Gail Snodgrass holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has over 25 years of commercial planning and design experience and is NCARB Certified.
The History of LGS Architecture
She holds architectural licenses in California, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Gail has experience in a multitude of construction and programming styles. Her work history includes healthcare, ambulatory care, senior living, religious, multifamily, and civic projects ranging from type I to type V construction. She participates in all stages of design and construction. Her area of expertise is in the technical aspects of detailing and building performance.

After 20 years practicing architecture in California and North Carolina, she returned to East Tennessee in 2018 to open LGS Architecture. This decision has allowed her to expand her practice to residential and civic architecture as well as commercial and healthcare. The main focus of LGS Architecture is to provide architectural support to the growing population of the Mountain Empire Region.
